Richard is always polite and has always provided excellent customer service. He listens to our concerns and always tries to make sure our needs are met and meets our expectations.

These guys have been great! We are on the recurring (every 3-4 months) service and we were told that if we saw any creepy crawlers in between treatments, we should call right away for a re-treat at no additional charge. We were in our kitchen on Wednesday 9/4 and were horrified to see a giant centipede wriggle its way out from under our refrigerator. YUCK! I called PDS the next morning (9/5) and they sent Richard out to treat the home on Friday morning(9/6). We were grateful for their speedy action!! Richard is great. He always texts when he’s on his way, has answered all of my questions and always texts when he leaves. We love working with these guys and have been EXTREMELY satisfied with not only their prompt service but the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for rescuing us from the centipedes!

I used this company to help me with my weed control problem. Their technician, Richard, showed such attention to detail!!

All I can say is I do not have a problem with bugs. Rio Rancho is notorious for cockroaches and I see very very few and when I see them, they are dead. I think Richard Johnson does an awesome job keeping on top of things
